Common questions

• I cannot sign in. Check your email and password. Accounts are created by your organisation's administrator, so ask them to confirm your account is active or to reset your password.
• I cannot see a record or menu. What you see depends on your role and assigned units. Ask your administrator to review your permissions.
• A PDF or WhatsApp share did not work. Make sure you have an internet connection and try again. If it keeps failing, contact us with the document number.
